  1. Improve layout of the distribution centre to improve efficiency of sorting, storage and order picking.
  2. A standardisation of the process using colour coding techniques, labelling and a sound FIFO system.
  3. An IT solution that will carryout  stock keeping process and order management at shop level and distribution centre.

What were the outcomes that were delivered?

  1. Reduction in process time estimated 50% reduction.
  2. Reduction in loss due to poor sorting procedures.
  3. Better layout of the facility ensuring first in first out methodology.
  4. Better stock management reducing losses in waste produce.
